Working in high-responsibility environments reinforced the importance of preparation, teamwork, and executing under pressure — principles he carries into every project.
Following his military service, Joel earned a degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University. This strengthened his expertise in project planning, estimating, scheduling, and construction operations, allowing him to approach projects from both a practical, field-driven perspective and a strategic, technical one.
He founded Bravo Group LLC with a commitment to doing things right — building organized, safe, and efficient job sites while investing in quality equipment and people. Whether managing residential work or complex multi-phase developments, his focus remains on clear communication, disciplined execution, and long-term relationships.
